Andy brings 30 years of experience in business, supporting GCAP with strategic planning and investor relations.

He is currently President and CEO of two international companies: GlobeMed Resources, an international healthcare staffing company, and Pinpoint IT Services, a technology staffing company.  He was formerly President and COO of Metro Information Services, a publicly traded IT staffing company with 47 offices across the United States and Puerto Rico.  Since 2001, he has also provided sales training services and been a guest lecturer at the Entrepreneurial Discipline of McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
