GCAP @ Adaptation Futures

We'll be at Adaptation Futures all week, and we're very much looking forward to what looks like a fantastic programme! We've got a stand in the Adaptation Expo, so drop by anytime to chat, or join us on Monday at 3pm for Session S32 (room 2.65) where we'll be bringing together researchers and representatives from the private sector to discuss how to make finance work for agricultural resilience.

Drawing on findings from the Private Markets for Climate Resilience project, and in particular experience in South Africa, we will focus on the potential of finance to support transformation, and the challenge of creating financial mechanisms that allow agricultural stakeholders to access credit and insurance products which can be used to increase resilience. The session will be chaired by Anton Cartwright of Econologic, and speakers include:
